The holidays are the most wonderful time of year, right? For many the answer might be yes, but the holidays are often a difficult time of year that reminds us of loss, financial stress, the sense of time passing, and much much more. Read our most recent blog about the uncomfortable emotions of the holidays.
It's possible to choose connection and still disagree. Agree together or disagree together, but be together.
It's amazing how we can live through the same moment, yet have vastly different experiences. Sometimes this creates conflict in our relationships. But here's the thing, personal truth and fact are not synonymous. It doesn't make our experience any less valid, it just means we're presented with an opportunity: we can practice perspective taking, which leads to connection, or we camp out in our narrative, which can lead to disconnection.
We're so excited to be able to offer services to even more people!
It's not about the response--its about seeking first to understand. Let connection be our goal.
